Q: What is the response time in my area?

Main areas (Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa, Guardamar): under 2 hours during the day. Secondary areas: under 3 hours. Inland: 2 to 4 hours. Night emergencies: add 1 to 2 hours depending on area.

Q: Are there travel charges?

No travel charges within the 22 covered areas. The estimate covers labour and materials, full stop. For bordering areas outside the map, we tell you clearly upfront if a supplement applies.

Q: Do the professionals know the specifics of my urbanisation?

Yes — each professional covers the area where they live and work daily. They know the installations typical of local urbanisations, recurring issues, and the technical quirks of the sector.

Q: Can I have the same professional for all my interventions?

Yes — tell us on the first visit. We note your preference and assign the same technician for follow-ups as a priority, provided their speciality fits and they are available.

Q: Do you also work in residential complexes and homeowner associations?

Yes — regular work with managing agents and residential committees for common-area upkeep, owner interventions and periodic checks. Grouped monthly invoicing available.

Q: How does it work for non-resident owners?

Coordination with the rental manager, a neighbour, or access via a key left at an agency. Photos and a detailed report sent over WhatsApp after the visit. Digital invoice. No need to be on site.

Q: Do you work with estate agencies?

Yes, with most holiday-rental agencies on the Costa Blanca. Professional rates, priority interventions, grouped monthly invoicing, dedicated account manager. Get in touch to discuss working together.

Twenty-two areas covered from Santa Pola in the north down to Pilar de la Horadada in the south, plus the inland towns (Almoradí, Callosa, Crevillente). Not only the big coastal cities, but also the smaller urbanisations and villages where finding a good professional is often more complicated.

The southern Costa Blanca and the Vega Baja have their own quirks. Extremely hard water that destroys water heaters in just a few years. Sea salt that corrodes shutters and locks. Air conditioning that runs six months a year under 35–40°C. Private pools in almost every villa that need constant upkeep. Architecture typical of the 1980s–90s with installations that are starting to need an upgrade.

And above all, a very international population. British, Irish, French, German, Scandinavian and Ukrainian owners who have bought here and need professionals who speak their language and understand their expectations in terms of quality and transparency.

Three coverage tiers depending on your area

Main areas: response under 2 hours

Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa, Guardamar del Segura. The three large coastal areas where we have dedicated teams and stock of common parts on site. For emergencies during working hours, average response time of 90 minutes. At night and weekends, 3 hours maximum.

These areas concentrate the bulk of the resident foreign population and the holiday rentals. Our professionals here all speak at least English and Spanish, many also French.

Secondary areas: response under 3 hours

Ciudad Quesada, Pilar de la Horadada, Santa Pola, Elche, Los Montesinos, San Miguel de Salinas, La Marina, Gran Alacant. Mid-sized urbanisations and inland towns. Full coverage with no travel surcharge.

Response time is slightly longer because professionals sometimes come from a neighbouring area, but the service is identical in quality and warranty.

Inland areas: response subject to availability

Almoradí, Callosa de Segura, Crevillente, Aspe, Albatera, San Isidro, Cox, Catral, Dolores, San Fulgencio, Daya Nueva. Agricultural villages of the Vega Baja with a mostly Spanish-speaking population.

Service available, but more variable lead times (2 to 4 hours) and mostly Spanish-speaking professionals. Ideal for Spanish owners or long-term residents who speak the language.

Bordering areas: on request
