About us
Manitas is a Torrevieja-registered company handling repairs and maintenance for homes, residents’ associations and commercial premises across the Vega Baja. We work with our own team, not as a middleman forwarding your request to someone else.
Much of our work concentrates in three areas where we have built our own equipment and methods.
MANITAS DESATASCOS
Drain unblocking, septic tank emptying, high-pressure jetting with our own tanker truck, and camera inspection. Owning the fleet matters in high season, when companies that subcontract quote long waits exactly when the urgency is greatest.
MANITAS FONTANEROS
Water leaks, including locating hidden leaks without opening up the whole property, cylinders and water heaters, taps and emergency repairs.
MANITAS PINTORES
Painting, masonry, treatment of rising damp, and bathroom and kitchen renovations in apartments.
Outside those three areas we still cover the rest: electrics, air conditioning, locksmithing, carpentry, blinds, appliances, pools and cleaning. If your problem does not fit a category, call anyway — most of the jobs we take start with a description in plain language, not the technical name for the fault.
