A small village with two realities
Algorfa has a little over three thousand residents and two ways of living that barely overlap. The centre is a Vega Baja farming village, with single-storey houses, converted garages and families who have been here for generations. Two kilometres away, La Finca Golf and Montebello are villas and townhouses with pools, many owned by British, Irish and Belgian residents, occupied seasonally or let to golfers.
