Working here is predictable, and that has advantages

San Isidro is one of the youngest towns in Alicante province, created in the 50s as an agrarian colonisation town. It has an orthogonal urban layout, parallel and perpendicular streets, regular blocks, originally standardised homes, and around two thousand inhabitants. That urban genesis is very different from historic Vega Baja towns like Callosa or Almoradí, with concrete technical consequences for our work.

Original 50s homes were built to the era’s criteria, simple layout, austere materials, basic installations, and many have been progressively renovated over the decades while keeping the original base. Newer homes towards the estates and the Albatera exit follow the same orthogonal layout with 80s, 90s and 2000s constructions. For a technician this means predictable installations, none of the centenarian Vinalopó-house particularities or thick Crevillente walls. Everything is more standardised and that eases the work.

What we do in San Isidro

The main service is general home maintenance. Replacement of end-of-life water heaters, split AC installation, old switchboard upgrade to current REBT, small kitchen and bathroom renovations. Typical jobs run half a day to three days by scope, and the home predictability allows firm timing.

Second service is care for farms and scattered houses in the agricultural surroundings of the urban core. Electric pumping systems, irrigation installations, septic-tank maintenance. Here we mostly work citrus and the winter market gardening typical of the area.

The San Isidro zones where we work

Central San Isidro covers the urban core with Plaza Mayor, the parish church, orthogonal streets with traditional town homes. Here are the 50s original homes. Newer neighbourhoods towards the industrial estate and the N-340 exit have 80s and 90s homes with more modern installations. Scattered farms in the agricultural surroundings also covered.

Why San Isidro owners call us

Typical client is Spanish working-class resident, mostly with inherited or long-time family-owned home. Speaks Spanish, values written fixed quote and transparency. Word of mouth runs very strong here, one well-done job leads to three neighbourhood recommendations.
