Questions we usually get

The most frequent question agencies ask is whether we can handle several simultaneous incidents. The answer is yes, we have a network of professionals across all zones, not a single technician who blocks when given two jobs. Demand peaks in July and August we manage without any incident left without response.

They also ask about invoicing. We can invoice per incident directly to the owner, if you give us their tax details, or to the agency with monthly consolidated billing. Whatever fits operations best. For developers we can open a current account with 30-day payment terms.

On language: we have professionals who speak Spanish, English, French and Ukrainian. If you know the owner or tenant prefers English because their Spanish is limited, you flag it when opening the incident and we assign the right professional. Reduces misunderstandings and avoids follow-up calls.

And the classic last question: what if the work isn't done well? 30-day guarantee on all interventions. If the fault returns within that period, we come back at no extra cost. If the owner or tenant isn't satisfied, you escalate to your account manager and we resolve it directly with them.
