Regular home cleaning covers all the upkeep tasks of a lived-in home: dusting furniture and surfaces, mopping and vacuuming floors, deep-cleaning bathrooms (toilets, basins, showers and screens), degreasing the kitchen and hob, emptying bins, interior windows and changing bed linen and towels. Each visit follows a routine agreed with you so nothing gets missed, and we adapt the depth to the frequency: a home we clean weekly needs less effort per visit than one we see fortnightly.
By the hour or with fixed days
You can book single hours, with a 2-3 hour minimum per visit, ideal if you only need occasional help or a once-over before guests arrive. Or book a package with fixed days weekly or fortnightly, which works out cheaper per hour and guarantees you the same team and time slot. For many foreign residents who spend time away, fixed days are the option that keeps the home aired, dust-free and free of surprises on return.

We work with verified staff and, wherever possible, assign the same person to your home so they know your preferences and where everything goes. The team is multilingual, which our British, Belgian, Dutch, German and Ukrainian clients value when leaving instructions or arranging access. How many hours does my home need?
It depends on size and frequency. A 2-bedroom flat weekly usually needs 2-3 hours; fortnightly, 3-4 hours. We advise you with no obligation after seeing the home or photos.
Is it always the same person?
Whenever possible, yes. We assign the same person or team to your home so they know your preferences. For holidays or sick leave we tell you before sending a stand-in.
Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
No. We arrange key handover or lockbox access. It’s the usual setup for owners who live outside Spain.
Can I change the day or pause if I travel?
Yes, with reasonable notice you can move a visit or pause the package while you’re away and resume on return with no penalty.
Does regular cleaning carry a guarantee?
Yes, 30 days. If something wasn’t up to standard on a visit, tell us and we’ll redo it next time at no cost.
