Can I combine several services in a single visit?
Yes, if the same professional covers both services (e.g. plumbing + light masonry to fill in after the repair). Otherwise we coordinate two different professionals on the same day whenever possible.
Do you always provide an estimate before starting?
Yes, always. The professional assesses on site and gives you the price before touching anything. If you decline, the diagnostic visit is free.
What warranty do you offer on the work?
30 days on every intervention. If anything goes wrong because of our work, we come back at no cost. No paperwork — a WhatsApp message is enough.
Do you work weekends and public holidays?
Yes, seven days a week. Night service (8pm–8am) and public holidays carry a surcharge that is stated before the visit is confirmed.
Do your professionals speak English or French?
In areas with a high expat density (Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa, Guardamar), yes. For inland areas, mostly Spanish. Tell us your preferred language when booking and we assign the right professional.
Do you offer annual maintenance contracts?
Yes, for air conditioning (mandatory for the manufacturer warranty), pools (monthly treatment) and boilers (annual service). Better rates on contracts than on one-off visits.
How does payment work?
Card, bank transfer or cash. Payment after the work is finished and validated by you. For larger projects, a 30% deposit at kick-off is possible.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with the result?
We come back to fix the problem at no cost if it stems from our work. If the disagreement continues, we bring in an independent third-party expert whose opinion is binding on both sides.
Can your professionals work if I'm away from the property?
Yes — we coordinate with the rental manager, a neighbour or a key left at an agency. Before/after photos and video plus a detailed report sent over WhatsApp.
Do you have packages for non-resident owners?
Yes — pre-season and post-season check visits, pool maintenance while you are away, urgent interventions coordinated with tenants. Full report after every visit.
