The terrace is the local weak point. We are a step from Carabassí, with direct sun all summer and salt in the air: the membrane breaks down sooner than the manufacturer's sheet suggests, and the leak gets discovered through the ceiling of the floor below. Checking it before it drips costs considerably less than checking it after.
