Upcoming hire: someone to handle the administrative back office. Incoming invoices, outgoing invoices, payments to professionals, quarterly tax forms. Not an external accountant role — it is operational control of the daily financial flow.

What you will do
- Invoice issuance to clients (private and B2B)
- Payment control for self-employed professionals in the network
- Weekly bank reconciliation
- Coordination with the external tax advisor (forms, IRPF, VAT)
- Document control for professionals (insurance, certificates)
- Monthly cash report to management
- Various small administrative tasks
Who we are looking for
- Background in administration, accounting or similar
- Experience with management software (Holded, Quipu, A3, similar)
- Solid Excel
- Basic Spanish tax knowledge (VAT, IRPF)
- Extreme organisation and attention to detail
- Absolute discretion with sensitive data
