Administrative Officer

Upcoming hire: someone to handle the administrative back office. Incoming invoices, outgoing invoices, payments to professionals, quarterly tax forms. Not an external accountant role — it is operational control of the daily financial flow.

What you will do

  • Invoice issuance to clients (private and B2B)
  • Payment control for self-employed professionals in the network
  • Weekly bank reconciliation
  • Coordination with the external tax advisor (forms, IRPF, VAT)
  • Document control for professionals (insurance, certificates)
  • Monthly cash report to management
  • Various small administrative tasks

Who we are looking for

  • Background in administration, accounting or similar
  • Experience with management software (Holded, Quipu, A3, similar)
  • Solid Excel
  • Basic Spanish tax knowledge (VAT, IRPF)
  • Extreme organisation and attention to detail
  • Absolute discretion with sensitive data
