What you will do
- Manage the management agenda: meetings, calls, priorities
- Coordinate with technicians, suppliers and B2B clients as needed
- Filter and reply to incoming management email
- Prepare meetings (agenda, documents, room)
- Maintain the digital and physical company archive
- Coordinate small internal events and training
- Support other departments during peak workload
Who we are looking for
- 2-3 years of experience as executive assistant or secretary
- Native Spanish or C2
- English B2 minimum (regular international clients)
- Office tools mastery (Office, Google Workspace)
- Absolute discretion with sensitive information
- Ability to work under pressure without losing your cool
- Driving licence (a plus)
