This position opens soon. We are looking for someone to take ownership of all digital acquisition: local SEO, paid campaigns, social, content. We operate in four markets (Spain, UK, France, Ukraine) with very different dynamics. Strategic role with full autonomy.

What you will do
- Local SEO strategy and execution (Costa Blanca, key cities)
- Google Ads and Meta Ads multi-market campaigns
- Social media management (Instagram, Facebook) in 4 languages
- SEO content production with external copy
- Acquisition KPI analysis and reporting
- A/B testing of landing pages and forms
- Coordination with agency/freelancers when needed
Who we are looking for
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience
- Technical and local SEO mastery
- Meta Ads and Google Ads at autonomous level
- Web analytics (GA4, Search Console)
- English C1 (most market is international)
- Self-driven — you are the first marketing hire
- Creative sensibility on top of analytics
