What you will do
- Daily technician coordination by area and availability
- Appointment confirmations (client + technician) over WhatsApp
- Follow-up of ongoing interventions
- Handle incoming emergencies and reassignment if needed
- Communication with clients during the process
- Closing the file with invoice and report
- Quick end-of-day report on overall status
Who we are looking for
- Impeccable organisation under volume and pressure
- Multitasking: can carry 10 interventions in parallel without losing any
- WhatsApp Business and basic tools (Google Workspace)
- English B2 + French valued
- Empathy with technicians and clients alike
- Quick decision-making without losing focus
- Availability for occasional out-of-hours emergencies (compensated)
What we offer
- Part-time contract (4-5h daily) on-site Torrevieja
- Flexible hours: core hours 9am-2pm
