You are the voice of manitas.es. When a client calls or messages us for the first time, you speak. Your job is to understand quickly what they need, respond well and open the file so operations can take over. Lots of human contact, lots of variety, and a real sense of resolution.

What you will do
- Handle inbound requests over phone and WhatsApp
- Communicate in Spanish, English and French depending on the client
- Initial qualification of the request and file opening
- Send the first quote when standard
- Follow up on quotes pending approval
- Handle first-level incidents
- Maintain the client database
Who we are looking for
- Excellent phone and written presence
- Native Spanish or C2
- English B2 minimum (most clients are foreign)
- French B1+ valued
- Empathy and patience with clients in fault situations
- Multitasking without losing quality
- No prior sector experience needed — we train
