B2B Account Manager

We are looking for someone who can open doors and, more importantly, keep them open. Real-estate agencies and rental managers on the Costa Blanca are our natural market. Your job is to identify those who don't know us yet, present us well, and make sure those already working with us keep doing so.

What you will do

  • Prospect real-estate agencies, property managers and developers
  • Field sales visits across Costa Blanca and Vega Baja
  • Pitch our services and close framework agreements
  • Manage post-signing relationship with existing accounts
  • Coordinate with operations to resolve key incidents
  • Weekly and monthly progress reports to management
  • Spot upsell opportunities in existing accounts

Who we are looking for

  • 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally real estate or services
  • English C1 (many agencies handle foreign owners)
  • Knowledge of Costa Blanca real-estate market (a plus)
  • CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive or similar)
  • Negotiation and presentation skills
  • Driving licence + own vehicle (km reimbursed)
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented
