Buildings put up forty or fifty years ago rarely had their vertical stacks sized for the number of flats now sharing them. We free these using an electric drain snake first, moving to a jet of pressurised water if grease or scale has built up along the pipe wall.

Fosas and cesspits on the outskirts

Streets that never got a full mains connection still depend on a private fosa. We pump these out and check the tank walls for cracking, timing visits around whether the house is lived in year-round or only for holidays.

Getting the tanker onto site

A grease-clogged manhole or a stack backed up with sediment needs the vehicle itself, not just a technician with tools. Ours comes directly from our own yard, so there's no second call to a hire company before work can start.

Filming what's actually inside the pipe

For a blockage that returns month after month in the same flat, we thread a small camera down the run and watch the screen with you, pointing out the crack, the root or the object we find before agreeing what happens next.

Manholes and downpipes that collect debris

Older buildings around the Centro accumulate grit and sediment in their manholes at a rate a newer building simply doesn't. Left alone, this narrows the pipe until a heavy rain shower overwhelms what's left of the opening.

Out-of-hours attendance in high season

Torrevieja's population multiplies several times over in summer, and a stack that fails on a Saturday night in August can't wait until Monday. A technician stays reachable overnight, weekends and bank holidays alike, and confirms cost before setting off.
